Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Vorrex mobile application or accessing vorrex.fit (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vorrex LLC ("Vorrex," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

We do not knowingly permit anyone under 13 to create an account. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account and delete associated data promptly.

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

Notify us immediately at support@vorrex.fit if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Vorrex offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. The Pro subscription is available at:

• Monthly: $6.99 per month
• Annual: $59.99 per year

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device's app store account settings.

Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.

Fair use of AI features. Features offered to Pro subscribers as "unlimited" (including AI plan generation and AI coaching chat) are provided on a fair-use basis for personal, individual use by a single human user. To protect the Service, its underlying AI providers, and all users, we apply reasonable usage ceilings that are set well above normal personal use and exist solely to prevent automated, scripted, or abusive access, runaway requests, and unauthorised account or credential sharing. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or limit access to any feature — including for Pro subscribers — where usage materially exceeds ordinary personal use, appears automated, or otherwise abuses the Service. We may adjust these limits from time to time as needed to maintain reliability and control costs. These measures do not entitle you to a refund where your access was limited due to abuse or violation of these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

Vorrex provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, making changes to your diet, or if you have any health conditions or concerns.

You assume all risk associated with your use of the Service, including any physical injury or health-related harm. Vorrex is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from following plans, recommendations, or coaching responses generated by the Service.

The Service includes community features such as private Hubs (invite-only groups) and direct messaging. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Your Content. You are solely responsible for any content you post, share, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"), including posts, messages, images, and workout shares. By submitting User Content, you grant Vorrex LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

Private Hubs. Hubs are private, invite-only groups. Your posts and activity within a Hub are visible to other Hub members and Hub administrators. Vorrex LLC does not pre-screen User Content but reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Direct Messages. Messages sent through the Service are stored on our servers to enable delivery and thread history. While we do not read your private messages in the ordinary course, we may access message content if required by law or to investigate a credible report of a Terms violation.

Content Standards. You agree not to post, share, or transmit User Content that:

• Is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or obscene
• Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
• Promotes self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous fitness practices
• Constitutes spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Contains malware or harmful code

Reporting. If you encounter content or a user that you believe violates these Terms, you can submit a report using the in-app report feature. We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning. We are not obligated to act on every report, and our moderation decisions are final.

Blocking. You may block other users at any time. Blocked users cannot send you direct messages or see that you have blocked them. Blocking does not retroactively delete prior messages.

Account Suspension and Banning. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Banned users may not create new accounts.

In addition to the Content Standards in Section 6, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harvest or collect other users' personal information without their consent
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written consent

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI-generated plans, and software — are owned by Vorrex LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

You retain ownership of personal data and User Content you provide. You grant Vorrex a limited licence to use this data solely to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Anthropic, Google, Apple, and Supabase. Your use of these integrations is also governed by the respective third party's terms of service. Vorrex is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any User Content posted by other users.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VORREX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY USER-GENERATED CONTENT YOU ENCOUNTER THROUGH THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VORREX IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vorrex LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your User Content; or (c) your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
