Child Safety Standards

Effective October 3, 2026

1. Our standard

Vorrex LLC ("Vorrex") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) anywhere in the Vorrex app or on vorrex.fit, including hubs, posts, comments, photos and direct messages.

It is prohibited to post, share, request or link to sexual content involving anyone under 18; to sexualise a minor in any way; to groom, solicit or arrange contact with a minor for sexual purposes; or to use Vorrex to traffic, extort or exploit a child. Any of these results in immediate removal of the content and a permanent ban, and we report it to the authorities as described below.

2. Who can use Vorrex

Vorrex is a fitness and training app for people aged 13 and over. Setting up a profile requires an age of at least 13, and we close accounts we learn belong to someone younger. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. How we prevent and detect it

Automated blocking. Every post, comment and message is checked before it is published. Text that sexualises a minor is blocked outright and never appears.

Reports from the community. Anyone can report a post, comment, message, hub or profile from inside the app (see section 4). Content reported by several people is hidden automatically while we review it.

Human review. Reports are reviewed by our team. Child-safety reports are handled first.

Blocking. You can block any user, which stops them messaging you and hides their content from you.

4. How to report a concern

In the app. Open the ⋯ menu on a post, comment or hub, press and hold a message, or open a profile, then choose Report and the reason Child safety. You can attach a screenshot. The person you report is not told who reported them.

By email. Write to safety@vorrex.fit with "Child safety" in the subject. Include the username and what you saw. Please do not send us copies of abusive images.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States you can also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

5. What we do when we find it

We remove the content, permanently ban the account and preserve the relevant records. Where we have actual knowledge of apparent CSAM, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline, as United States law requires, and we cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection authorities in any jurisdiction where we operate.

6. Child-safety contact

Our designated point of contact for child safety, including enquiries from authorities and from Google Play, is Vorrex LLC at safety@vorrex.fit. We are able to speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.

7. Laws we comply with

We comply with applicable child-safety laws, including United States federal law on reporting CSAM (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and the laws of the countries where Vorrex is available.
